SufferingFools.net

"Having been there ourselves, we learn to suffer fools graciously"

The Point of it all...

For almost a year now I have been trying to figure out what should be on my root page. As the most important page one should make it all inclusive and yet relative to your site's purpose. One should leave with a better understanding of your site, after having found that for which they were looking.

The people who know me best always say that I have very little patience for stupid people. My mother, being the articulate person she is, always says that I am 'never one to suffer fools gladly.' If you don't know what that means well, you're one of them. If you want to elevate your status, please read the following article from Robert Fulford.

That being said, SufferingFools.net began as nothing more than a domain for my email. Slowly, a couple of my projects have grown into something that seem to interest a couple of people out there. Being that I am still a student, however, I don't devote as much time to my projects as they deserve.

Fan eMail!

Normally, I don't post eMail messages sent to me but considering how much time this person spent and the fact they generated me some revenue...enjoy!

Hello.

I happened upon your site today.
"Suffering fools" is a favorite idiom
of mine, and the name of a musical
project that i spawned some time ago.
i found your root page to be interesting,
if for no other reason than the fact that
it is amusing in its simultaneous pretention
and flaw. Arrogance and ignorance often
travel hand in hand, and your little dissertation
is no exception. If you\'re going to belittle the
world around you, at least make sure you use
proper grammar. If you require assistance
discovering your errors, consider at first your
haphazard pronoun usage. This of course
only represents your meager understanding
of the language you aspire to use. You will
have to look much deeper to delve into the
depths of the spiritual shortcomings you expose,
but this will require much more help than I can
provide in an email. The mind is a weapon.
Unfortunately it is generally most noticably wielded
by those that have no apparent qualification (or
good reason) to use it. Careful not to use
boomerangs where arrows are called for, Sonny.

Sincerely,
Jeran

he does is the constant praise he is giving himself
for doing them." -- Oscar Wilde
